Requesting a Report
Any person or company registered as a client of Continental Análisis, can request reports from our website.
InfoNet
Consists in a web-based management system for your Credit Reports. In a simple and expedite way, this online service allows you to:
- Request reports
- Check the status of your requests
- File and see all your reports whenever you want
Delivery Time Limits
Enterprise Profile Report  : Maximum 1 working day
Credit Report : Maximum 5 working days
Issue of Reports
Once the credit decision has been made, a publication notification is sent by e-mail, indicating that your report is available through InfoNet .
Follow Up Notifications
E-mail notifications are sent concerning: weekly protests, client’s classification changes, changes in their financial indexes, debt payment behaviour, and any other relevant situation that could affect the client’s situation.
Contract Information required
- Client questionnaire
- Password request questionnaire
- Necessary documents:
- Photocopy of Company’s Tax Registration Number
- Photocopy of the Company’s Representation Power of Attorney
- Photocopy of the Identity Card of the Company’s legal representative
They must be sent to Continental Análisis, Isidora Goyenechea 3162, 6th Floor, Las Condes.
