4. What is the cost of the reports? Are there any type of fixed costs?

The costs will depend on the type and number of reports that you require. It is therefore necessary that you contact a Commercial Executive , who will attend your requirements.

There is no obligation to make any minimum monthly or annual payments. You only pay for the reports you request.

5. Do I have to sign any contract?

Yes. The contract helps formalizing matters such as: confidentiality, invoicing dates, applicable tariffs, etc. Once the contract has been signed, we proceed to create the “user”, with which the company will operate through the InfoNet  system.

6. How many months can pass by without requesting reports?

There is no caducity period for "users". Reports can be requested when needed.

7. What is the delivery time of reports?

The Enterprise Profile Report  has a maximum delivery time of 1 working day, and the Credit Report  has a maximum of 5 working days.

8. Why is there such a difference in delivery times regarding Enterprise Profile and Credit Report reports? What is the difference between these reports?

The Enterprise Profile Report  consists in a consolidation of information obtained through databases, both own and public. This shortens the delivery times. There is no risk analysis involucrated.

The Credit Report  is based on an exhaustive investigation and study of both qualitative and quantitative aspects determining a company’s financial standing. It is prepared by a Risk Evaluation Committee.

9. I’m interested in the Credit Report. What companies qualify to be studied in this respect?

Companies that pose a significant risk for your enterprise, or those whose situation is unknown must be considered for a Credit Report. For companies with lower credit requirements, we recommend an Enterprise Profile Report .

10. What information is considered at the time of preparing a credit analysis?

There are many items to be considered when performing a credit risk analysis, such as the time of operation of the company, the historical debt payment record of the company, its partners and its related companies, debt payment behaviour with other suppliers, financial standings and development, the market in which it operates and its market share %, amongst others.

11. Do you provide figures?

More than providing figures, what we do is to offer you a financial analysis of the company indicated by you. The figures are only one of the multiple information issues which are considered for evaluation purposes.

12. At what stage do I decide whether I want to include a Follow Up or not?

This decision is taken once the respective report has been issued. There is a time limit of 10 calendar days within which this decision must be taken.
